It has been an unbelievable Summer and as well as enjoying some amazing family time, we've continued to enjoy hosting regular mini-retreats. We are also continuing to meet with a variety of practitioners and discussing new ideas of how we can share this space and also take our retreats abroad.

Our new website has gone live and while it's still being developed to fully manage bookings and payments, it is now a space for up to date information about what we offer, with links to book.

Our upcoming Retreats

Melanie Flower will continue her regular Sound Baths. The next on Wednesday 10.9.25 is fully booked but spaces are available for future dates. All details on our website.

On Sunday 14th September, we have a special collaboration between Jo Darling and 'Breathgal' Mel Lacy. Jo will be hosting one of her unique retreat days, to welcome the seasonal transition to Autumn. A few spaces left.

Join Jo and Mel for this deeply restorative retreat; Qi Gong, Acupuncture + Breathwork - a powerful, transformative combination. And with the opportunity to spend time in our Wild Swimming and Sauna space and to be served with nourishing snacks, drinks and lunch, this whole day promises to be a real escape.
